After listening to the report on the results of the first month of training of the unit, the Military Region delegation conducted a comprehensive inspection of the leadership, direction and organization of the first month of training at the Nghe An Provincial Military Command and its affiliated units in the province. The inspection showed that the Nghe An Provincial Military Command has done a good job of disseminating and implementing the 2023 Combat Training Order of the Military Region Commander; the system of plans, schedules, training statistics, lesson plans, and records of the subjects is fully ensured; the soldiers' practical awareness of the trained contents is well ensured; the work of building regularity and training discipline has clearly changed; political and ideological education work has been carried out synchronously, 100% of officers and soldiers are assured of their work; logistics, weapons and technical equipment are carefully prepared to ensure good training tasks and combat readiness.

In his concluding remarks, Colonel Hoang Duy Chien highly appreciated the training quality of the first month of 2023 of the Nghe An Provincial Military Command. At the same time, he requested the Nghe An Provincial Military Command to direct agencies and units to continue to thoroughly grasp, deploy, and strictly implement the orders and directives from above on tasks, focusing on training tasks; well implement the regime through lesson plans, training for staff at all levels; improve the quality of training for subjects.
