Military Region 4 expands Covid-19 quarantine area at Cua Hoi
(Baonghean.vn) - As of 1:00 p.m. on March 19, six provinces in Military Region 4 had quarantined 5,645 Vietnamese and foreigners coming from epidemic countries.
On the afternoon of March 19, the Military Region 4 Command organized a working group to survey preparations for expanding the quarantine area to prevent and control the Covid-19 epidemic at Doan An Nursing Home 40 Cua Hoi, Cua Lo town, Nghe An province.
Faced with the complicated developments of the Covid-19 epidemic, the number of people from China and other countries with the epidemic coming to localities in Military Region 4 is increasing. The Military Region 4 Command has directed local military commands to actively support the authorities in screening and quarantining workers returning from epidemic areas.

As of 1 p.m. on March 19, six provinces in Military Region 4 had quarantined 5,645 Vietnamese and foreigners coming from countries with epidemics; units under Military Region 4 alone helped localities receive and quarantine 953 people.

Faced with the increase in the number of people from epidemic countries coming to Military Region 4, the Steering Committee for Covid-19 Prevention and Control of Military Region 4 has directed the Military Commands of 6 provinces to coordinate with relevant local agencies, departments and branches to do a good job of preparing and surveying to expand 1 to 2 quarantine areas, ensuring the best for people when they come to quarantine.
