Military Region 4: Summary of the implementation of the Political Education Regulations at the unit

In recent years, the implementation of the Political Education Regulations at the units of the General Department of Politics has been led, directed and implemented seriously and closely by the Party Committees, commanders and political agencies at all levels in the Military Region 4. Notably, the annual political education content, programs and training for the subjects have been successfully completed, with over 96% of the participants participating. The organization of political education at the unit has always focused on innovating the forms and methods of education, in which, it is important to combine basic education with promoting good forms of political activities, political news announcements, political and cultural days, exchange activities, competitions to learn about political events, competitions to learn about laws and traditions; Combining basic education with military, logistics and technical training...

Every year, the entire Military Region organizes 103 training courses with the participation of over 2,680 political cadres, party cell secretaries, and committee members. Political lectures and news reports are organized for over 1,000 cadres working as part-time teachers and reporters at all levels. The management of political education for the subjects is carried out in a unified and orderly manner according to decentralization. Along with that, the units have paid attention to investing funds to serve the work of political education and building environmental landscapes. Units: Thanh Hoa Military Command, Division 324, Nghe An, Division 968, Ha Tinh, Engineering Brigade 414, Quang Binh, Artillery Brigade 16, Tank Brigade 206, Information Brigade 80, Air Defense Brigade 283 are typical units in implementing the Political Education Regulations at the unit (2006 - 2013).

The conference focused on discussing and determining the direction and tasks for implementing the Political Education Regulations at units in the Military Region 4 in the coming time. At the same time, it was requested that the Ministry of National Defense and the General Department of Politics soon complete and implement the "Project to innovate and improve the quality of political education work in the new period" throughout the army.
