Joining the delegation from the Provincial Military Command were Colonel Nguyen Ky Hong - Political Commissar of the Provincial Military Command; Colonel Pham Dinh Trung - Deputy Political Commissar of the Provincial Military Command.

Visiting and presenting gifts to disabled and seriously ill children in Nghe An province, who are children of soldiers working at agencies and units under the Nghe An Provincial Military Command, on behalf of the delegation, Colonel Doan Xuan Buong shared the difficult circumstances of the families of soldiers with disabled and seriously ill children and the disadvantages of the children. He also gave words of encouragement and expressed his wish that the families of the soldiers would unite, overcome difficulties, and improve their lives; at the same time, wholeheartedly care for and raise the children; work with peace of mind, and complete their tasks well...

Visiting, checking and giving meaningful gifts to the children at Mother Teresa Calaita Orphanage and Disabled Children Center in Tan Huong Parish, Bo Son Parish, Nghi Van Commune, Nghi Loc District, the working delegation also expressed deep concern for the children here, wishing them a more meaningful and warmer Mid-Autumn Festival.
