Na Duoi is one of 9 villages of Mau Duc commune, over 8 km from Con Cuong town, the village has 161 households with 661 people, of which 40.8% are poor households. In recent years, Na Duoi village as well as Mau Duc commune have made many efforts in economic development, hunger eradication and poverty reduction and new rural construction. In the last winter-spring crop, the average rice yield reached 59.3 quintals/ha; large-scale livestock farming developed with over 2,400 buffaloes and cows; 4,438 km of concrete roads within the village were built with a value of 1,369 billion VND...

However, there are still some difficulties arising in the area due to pests (locusts) destroying crops, social evils showing complicated signs, and some projects in the area have had their capital cut off, affecting the development investment of the commune...

At the meeting with voters, the Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee also provided voters with some information on current events, difficulties in production and life, and weather developments affecting the speed of economic development and social security.

On behalf of the voters, the representative of the Commune Fatherland Front Committee proposed that the Provincial People's Council resolve to support the completion of the Mau Duc - Thach Ngan road, support the construction of raw material roads to harvest acacia in the area; survey and construct the left bank road of Lam River; pay attention to investing in renovating the domestic water system for people in some villages in the area; support funding for the commune to plan and build a landfill, build a broadcasting station to serve people on the left bank; overcome the situation of 135 projects invested by the district, which have not been handed over but are damaged...

In addition to the above content, voters also recommended that the province and district pay attention to repairing damaged works completely, and not leave damaged works unfixed after one item is repaired; investment in mountainous transport and irrigation should be focused and key, ending the situation of damaged works not yet accepted; when taking over the power grid, it is necessary to calculate the payment to the people; there must be a mechanism to support additional allowances for farmers' association officials and the elderly because the current level is too low, not covering travel expenses.

Receiving the voters' recommendations, the representative of the People's Committee of Con Cuong district explained and answered a number of issues within their authority, especially the investment progress and quality of projects in the area. On the part of the Provincial People's Council delegate, comrade Thai Van Hang also responded and explained a number of additional contents for voters who are interested and within the province's authority to know. Issues related to policies, allowances for mass organizations, population collaborators or the age of the elderly receiving allowances... will be received and compiled by the Provincial People's Council Office to submit to the Provincial People's Council for consideration and decision in the coming time./.
