Voter Quynh Lam suggested that the state should have a plan to dredge the Thai River to avoid flooding, affecting crops; invest in upgrading Bau Xa dam; have a policy to support allowances for specialized staff in villages; request the district to inspect and rectify the wrong granting of voluntary insurance to farmers; uneven quality of education between regions, need to review the issue of teacher rotation; pay attention to improving the quality of medical examination and treatment, health insurance, medical ethics in hospitals...
