In the first 6 months of the year, the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda Department actively advised the provincial Party Committee and steering committees to issue 32 documents directing and guiding the implementation of propaganda tasks in the area. Regularly follow and monitor the ideological developments of cadres, party members and people, thereby processing information and promptly reporting and proposing solutions to all levels and sectors to resolve complicated issues and cases. Pay attention to orienting local press agencies to promote information and propaganda work on the Party's guidelines and policies, the State's laws and the socio-economic situation in the area. Focus on information work and social opinion orientation, contributing to political stability, step by step socio-economic development, maintaining national defense and security, ensuring social order and safety... Especially the Standing Agency of the Campaign: "Studying and following the moral example of Ho Chi Minh", the system of Propaganda Departments from the province to the district advises the Party Committee to summarize 4 years and develop a plan to improve the quality of the Campaign in the coming time.

The tasks for the last 6 months of the year, the Propaganda Department identified a number of important contents, which are to focus on guiding and implementing the Resolution of the 11th National Party Congress; the 17th Provincial Party Congress and Congresses at all levels, term 2010 - 2015; Prepare to summarize 4 years of implementing Resolution 13 of the Provincial Party Executive Committee (term XVI) on the Action Program to implement Resolution 5 of the Central Committee (term X) on "Ideological, theoretical and press work in the face of new requirements"; Promote propaganda activities on seas, islands and land border demarcation and marker planting; Pay attention to grasping the ideological situation and orienting public opinion among cadres and party members; improve the quality of regular activities of the sector.
