Implementing Resolution 10 - Central Executive Committee, 11th term

(Baonghean.vn) - On the morning of March 10, the Provincial Party Standing Committee held a conference to disseminate the 10th Resolution of the 11th Central Executive Committee; to deploy the 2015 thematic study "Studying and following Ho Chi Minh's moral example on honesty, responsibility; attachment to the people; solidarity, building a clean and strong Party".

Attending the conference were comrade Tran Hong Chau - Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council; comrades in the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee; leaders of provincial departments, branches and sectors; Standing Committee, Head of the Propaganda Department, the Department assisting Directive 03, Director of the Political Center and reporters of district, city, town Party Committees and affiliated Party Committees.

Associate Professor, Dr. Pham Ngoc Anh delivered a presentation on the topic of Studying and following Ho Chi Minh's moral example in 2015.

At the conference, with the presentation of Associate Professor, Dr. Pham Ngoc Anh - Director of the Ho Chi Minh Institute and leaders of the Ho Chi Minh National Academy of Politics, the delegates received the topic "Studying and following Ho Chi Minh's moral example on honesty, responsibility; attachment to the people; solidarity, building a clean and strong Party". In which, some requirements of studying and following Ho Chi Minh's moral example on honesty, responsibility were clarified, each person, especially cadres and party members, need to build an honest and responsible lifestyle.

Honesty goes hand in hand with responsibility to overcome the degradation of political ideology, ethics, and lifestyle in the Party and in society. Regarding attachment to the people, it belongs first and foremost to cadres and party members to promote initiatives and experiences among the people, and mobilize all resources for national development. Attachment to the people means relying on the people to build the Party. Regarding solidarity in building a clean and strong Party, it is not only the responsibility of the entire Party, first of all the Party committees at all levels from the Central to the grassroots; of each cadre and party member of the Party, but also a requirement of the cause of building and defending the Fatherland, and the expectation of all classes of people.

Next, comrade Le Ba Hung - Member of the Standing Committee, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda Department, disseminated the 10th Resolution of the 11th Central Executive Committee. The 10th Conference - 11th Central Executive Committee discussed, commented and approved the draft documents to be submitted to the 12th National Party Congress before sending them to Party congresses at all levels for comments, including the draft political report; the report assessing the results of the implementation of the 5-year socio-economic development tasks 2011 - 2015 and the direction and tasks of socio-economic development for the 5-year period 2016 - 2020. The conference also discussed and commented on the report summarizing the implementation of the 11th Party Charter submitted to the 12th National Congress and some proposals; the draft report summarizing some theoretical and practical issues over 30 years of renovation (1986 - 2016).

The 10th meeting of the 11th Party Central Committee also conducted a vote of confidence for members of the Politburo and Secretariat of the 11th tenure; at the same time, introduced personnel to supplement the planning of the Politburo and Secretariat for the 2016-2021 term and subsequent terms; elected additional members of the 11th Party Central Inspection Commission; gave opinions on projects to reduce staff and restructure the team of cadres, civil servants and public employees; planned development and management of the national press until 2025 and a number of other important contents.

Speaking at the conference, comrade Tran Hong Chau emphasized that Party committees at all levels need to implement the theme "Studying and following the moral example of Ho Chi Minh" in accordance with the plan of the Provincial Party Committee. Continue to implement the 8 contents of Directive 03, in which select urgent and prominent issues to have measures to handle; build public ethics for implementation; focus on educating ethics and lifestyle for the younger generation, students, cadres, civil servants and public employees, in order to create changes in ethics, lifestyle, sense of responsibility, public ethics; pay attention to propaganda work, build and replicate models associated with studying and following the moral example of Ho Chi Minh in all fields, associated with the annual theme.

Comrade Tran Hong Chau also requested that Party committees at all levels immediately after this conference need to seriously organize the dissemination of the Resolution of the 10th Conference of the 11th Party Central Committee, in accordance with Plan No. 180/KH-TU, dated March 2, 2015 of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, completed before March 31, 2015. In particular, pay attention to the viewpoints and directions of the Central Committee to include in the political reports of Party congresses at all levels; develop projects, specific contents and programs for implementation; collect opinions of cadres, party members and people of all walks of life on the draft documents of the 12th National Party Congress; the Civil Code; the Law on Organization of People's Government... Direct and urge grassroots Party congresses; Urge the implementation of targets of Party Congresses at all levels, term 2010 - 2015. Implement the Central Directive on strengthening the management of festival activities; continue to promote the implementation of Directive 17 of the Provincial Party Committee to strengthen discipline, administrative discipline, improve work quality and efficiency; grasp the situation, promptly handle issues arising from the grassroots, contributing to ensuring the success of Party Congresses at all levels and events...
