Implementing Central Resolution 8 (Session XI)
(Baonghean.vn) - On March 5 and 6, the Party Committee of the Technical Department of Military Region 4 held a conference to study, disseminate and implement Resolution of the 8th Central Committee (11th tenure) for 71 cadres and party members of affiliated agencies and units.
The conference thoroughly grasped the meaning and importance of the resolutions and conclusions of the 8th Central Conference (11th tenure), focusing on: Resolution on "Strategy for protecting the Fatherland in the new situation"; Resolution on "Fundamental and comprehensive innovation of education and training to meet the requirements of industrialization and modernization in the conditions of a socialist-oriented market economy and international integration"; Resolution on international integration and foreign affairs in national defense until 2020 and the following years and the Conclusion of the Politburo on promoting the implementation of Resolution No. 20-NQ/TW, dated January 28, 2008 of the 10th Party Central Committee on "Continuing to build the Vietnamese working class in the period of promoting industrialization and modernization of the country"...
This is the basis for Party committees, commanders at all levels, cadres and Party members of the Technical Department to creatively apply the resolution into life, build political will, solid professional skills, and be ready to receive and complete all assigned tasks. After this Conference, the Party Committee of the Department will direct the Party Committees and Party cells under it to organize dissemination and study for all cadres, party members and the masses in the unit.
