Thoroughly implement the Resolution on streamlining the payroll and the Resolution of the Provincial Party Congress of the Provincial Government Agencies

(Baonghean.vn) – On the afternoon of October 22, Nghe An Newspaper held a conference to disseminate Resolution 39/NQ-TW of the Politburo on streamlining staff and restructuring the contingent of civil servants and public employees; Resolution of the 19th Provincial Party Congress of the Provincial Agencies, term 2015-2020.

Comrade Nguyen Quang Tung - Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee of the Provincial Agencies Bloc disseminated the contents of the Resolutions.

At the Conference, delegates listened to Comrade Nguyen Quang Tung - Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee of the Provincial Agencies Bloc, thoroughly grasp and implement Resolution No. 39-NQ/TW dated April 17, 2015 of the Politburo on streamlining the payroll and restructuring the staff, civil servants and public employees and Decree No. 108/2014/ND-CP dated November 20, 2014 of the Government on the policy of streamlining the payroll; the main contents of the Resolution of the 19th Provincial Party Congress of the Provincial Agencies Bloc, term 2015-2020, focusing on the results achieved in the past term, goals, directions, tasks and basic solutions in the coming term.

These are two important Resolutions to help cadres, party members, civil servants, public employees and workers in the Party Committee raise awareness of the Politburo's and the province's policies on perfecting the organization and apparatus associated with streamlining the payroll, arranging and restructuring the staff of civil servants and public employees in agencies and units... and mastering the contents of the Resolution of the 19th Provincial Party Congress of the Provincial Government Agencies will contribute to raising awareness and sense of responsibility in performing the assigned duties and tasks of each cadre, civil servant, public employee and worker of the agency.

On the basis of the Action Program and the political tasks of their agencies and units, grassroots Party committees proactively develop programs, plans, and specific implementation solutions for each year and the entire term; regularly inspect and urge the implementation, in order to create positive changes, contributing to the successful implementation of the resolutions set forth by the Congress.
