Thoroughly grasp and implement the Resolution of the 6th Conference - Party Central Committee (11th Term)
This morning, January 16, the Provincial Party Committee opened a conference to study, disseminate and implement the Resolution of the 6th Conference - Central Party Executive Committee (11th term). Attending the conference were comrade Tran Hong Chau - Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council, comrades in the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee, members of the Provincial Party Committee, leaders of provincial departments, branches, districts, cities, towns and affiliated Party Committees.
From October 11 to 15, 2012, the Party Central Committee (11th tenure) held its 6th Conference and passed a number of important Resolutions and conclusions on socio-economics and Party building. In his opening speech, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Tran Hong Chau emphasized that the contents to be thoroughly grasped at this conference are very important, difficult and sensitive. Many issues have had policies and guidelines and have been implemented for many years, but besides the results achieved, there are still many limitations and weaknesses that need to be continued with new decisions to meet the requirements of the new development stage.

The Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee also requested the delegates attending the conference to promote their sense of responsibility, focus on listening, studying documents, exchanging, discussing, and grasping the content and guiding ideology of the Central Government, and the province's implementation plan so that when they return to their localities and units, they can thoroughly grasp the resolution, build programs and plans to implement the resolution to achieve high and practical results.
According to the program, the conference will last for one and a half days. On January 16, the conference will hear the comrades in the Provincial Party Committee report on Conclusion 49 of the Central Committee on the socio-economic situation, state budget and finance in 2012, the plan for 2013; the results of the implementation of the socio-economic development plan of Nghe An in 2012 and the orientation for 2013; Report on Resolution No. 20 of the Central Committee on developing science and technology to serve the cause of industrialization and modernization in the conditions of a market economy, socialist orientation and international integration; Conclusion Report No. 50 of the Central Committee on the Project "Continuing to arrange, innovate and improve the efficiency of state-owned enterprises"; Conclusion Report No. 51 on the Project "Fundamental and comprehensive innovation of education and training to meet the requirements of industrialization in the conditions of a market economy, socialist orientation and international integration".
