While on duty at Km 616 National Highway 1A (in Thanh Luong village, Quang Xuan commune, Quang Trach district), the patrol team discovered a truck traveling from North to South violating traffic safety.
The patrol team stopped the car for inspection and discovered that the car was carrying a large amount of frozen chicken of unknown origin. The driver of the car was Ho Quoc Khanh (born in 1988 in Le Thuy district, Quang Binh province).
According to Ho Quoc Khanh's confession, the above goods included about 10 tons of frozen chicken without documents proving legal origin. The owner of the goods was Ms. Le Thi Nhung in Hai Phong city, who hired her to transport them from Hanoi to Da Nang for sale.
The Traffic Police Force, Quang Binh Provincial Police have drawn up a record and handed it over to the authorities for further investigation and handling according to the provisions of law./.
