Will Quang Hai U23 wear the jersey in Japan, Korea or Europe?
There are many opinions about the future of player Quang Hai, if he goes abroad, what environment is suitable to play in.
After the U23 Asian Cup ended, the Thai newspaper FourFourTwo selected 10 names capable of playing in Europe, notably Vietnam contributed 3 players.
These are all names that have delighted Vietnamese fans in recent times, namely Quang Hai, Xuan Truong and Cong Phuong - who shone brightly at the 2018 AFC U23 Championship, helping the Vietnam U23 team make a miracle, winning the runner-up position after losing to Uzbekistan U23 in the final match.
Regarding Xuan Truong and Cong Phuong, it is probably difficult for them to go to Europe to play, because the owner Doan Nguyen Duc once refused the invitations of two clubs in France and Portugal because he wanted his players to stay and focus on playing in the V.League.
As for Quang Hai, currently Hanoi FC also shared that they are considering letting Quang Hai play abroad. But is it appropriate for Quang Hai to play in Europe at this time?

Will Quang Hai go to Korea or Europe to play? |
Regarding this issue, expert Vu Manh Hai commented that Quang Hai should not rush to play in Europe, instead this player should go to countries like Thailand, Korea or Japan to develop gradually.
"Going abroad is great, the problem is whether other teams will invite him? He should go abroad in Southeast Asia first, then Asia, he needs to improve gradually. He should choose a team that can give him a lot of playing time, for example Thai League is the best.
Or Japan, Korea is also fine, but with teams there, there needs to be a contract to create conditions for how many matches to play," expert Hai shared.
However, the reality is that K-League clubs have long held prejudices about Vietnamese or Southeast Asian players. Xuan Truong – the captain who shone at the U23 Asian Cup – has only played 6 times in the K-League in 2 years.
It's not a matter of skill, it comes from the prejudice of the Korean military leaders!
Or in the case of Cong Phuong, more than a year ago, Mito Hollyhock borrowed Cong Phuong with a 2-year contract. Here, the HAGL striker did not play regularly in J-League 2 (only played 5 matches, including 1 start).
Instead, people only remember him as the image of autumn afternoons, Phuong wandering around subway stations to hand out flyers advertising his teammates' matches.
It would be a lie to say Phuong was not sad and it would be an excuse to say that it was a job that any Mito player had to do. A player of class and standing would never have to do such work.
Instead of following in the footsteps of his teammates in the U23 Vietnam team, Quang Hai can go straight to Europe to compete. What he showed in the recent U23 Asian Cup is the clearest proof.
Remember goalkeeper Filip Nguyen (Vlasim) - one of the three rare Vietnamese-blooded people playing football at the two highest levels in Europe, who had a short trial at a V.League club in the North and admitted that he was very surprised at the ability of his Vietnamese colleagues.
This goalkeeper even believes that the best players in V.League can play football in Europe.
"The best players in V.League are completely capable of playing in the Czech Republic's FNL First Division," goalkeeper Filip Nguyen shared.
