Que Phong: Found 2 bodies of victims of the sunken boat

(Baonghean.vn) -After 6 days of searching for the bodies of 2 victims who went missing in the boat sinking incident at 12:00 on March 28 at the auxiliary dam of Hua Na Hydropower Plant (in Pieng Van village, Dong Van commune, Que Phong), at 10:30 on April 3, the bodies of the 2 victims were found. The victims' families brought them back to their hometown in Lanh village, Chau Binh commune, Quy Chau for burial.

Tears of loved ones

Earlier (at 6am this morning), a villager who was fishing saw a dead body floating about 1km from where the boat sank. The victim's family identified him as Mr. Ha Van Thanh (55 years old). At 10:30am today, the rescue team continued to search for the body and discovered the body of Mr. Ha Van Thu (34 years old), nearly 2km from where the accident occurred.

In order to share the pain and loss with the victim's family, the People's Committee of Que Phong district supported the victim's family with 2 million VND, the Chau Binh commune government supported 500,000 VND, the Party Committee and the Management Board of Lanh village also launched a campaign among the people to donate to support the victim's family with the hearts of "mutual love".
