During the 5-day training course, the basic contents were acquired: Political study (implementing the Resolution of the District Military Party Committee in 2015), some new issues on the subjects and partners of the Vietnamese revolution; activities of the Party Committee and the government; Law on emulation and commendation (amended); methods of preparing political education lesson plans, signing coordination agreements, building the ATLC - SSCĐ Plan; instructions on the Plan for natural disaster prevention and mitigation and search and rescue, fire prevention and fighting, fire fighting and extinguishing, forest fire prevention and fighting; combat plan to protect the headquarters of the People's Committee at the commune level; instructions on developing a plan to expand the Militia and Self-Defense Force in the states of SSCĐ; organizing training methods for KTCĐBB, shooting techniques, urging guarding, checking people and vehicles, goods entering and leaving the target; content of developing plans, basic contents in the CĐTA cluster drill; Decree on reserve forces, statistics, registration of military age and military mobilization; training of night tactical teams (Militia Platoon to protect targets during riots); review and test regulations and traffic safety law./.
