This year's campaign aims to strengthen propaganda, mobilization, and support to improve the quality of reproductive health care/family planning services in especially disadvantaged mountainous communes and densely populated areas with high birth rates, contributing to the successful implementation of the 2015 Population/Family Planning plan targets, in order to complete the campaign targets.
