(Baonghean.vn) - At around 10 pm on September 27, while on patrol, Que Phong police discovered 130 calves (1 calve: 2.1 m long, about 0.28 m wide, 0.13 m thick) of po mu wood in the area of Khe Ton bridge, Pao village, Quang Phong commune, Que Phong.

The wood was scattered along Ton stream. This is the third time in the past three months that relevant forces have discovered cases related to po mu wood in Que Phong district. Previously, the forest rangers discovered and seized two cases of illegal po mu wood exploitation with a large volume.
Currently, the authorities are expanding the investigation into the case.
