The conference received and studied the basic contents of Resolution 9 of the Central Committee on "Building and developing Vietnamese culture and people to meet the requirements of sustainable national development"; thoroughly grasped Directive 36-CT/TW dated May 30, 2014 of the Politburo on Party congresses at all levels towards the 12th National Congress of the Party; Election regulations within the Party (Issued with Decision 244-QD/TU dated June 9, 2014 of the Central Committee of the Party); deployed the District Party Committee's Plan on organizing the dissemination of the Resolution at the grassroots level in the coming time./.
