Giving commercial duck breeds to exemplary union members

This is a meaningful activity to create an initial foundation to promote the youth union movement to develop the economy, gradually stabilize and improve life; contribute to effectively implementing the program and goal of hunger eradication and poverty reduction for youth union members in Que Phong district.
