On October 22, continuing the 8th Session, the 15th National Assembly will discuss the draft Law on Prevention and Combat of Human Trafficking.

In the morning agenda,National Assemblywill listen to Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Finance Ho Duc Phoc, authorized by the Prime Minister, present the Report on the implementation of the State budget in 2024, the State budget estimate, the Central budget allocation plan in 2025, and the 3-year State budget - financial plan for 2025 - 2027.

Next, Chairman of the National Assembly's Finance and Budget Committee Le Quang Manh will present the Verification Report on this content.
After listening to the report on explanation, acceptance and revision of the draft Law amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Law on Pharmacy presented by the Standing Committee member of the National Assembly, Chairwoman of the National Assembly's Committee on Social Affairs Nguyen Thuy Anh, the National Assembly will discuss in the hall a number of contents of the draft Law with different opinions. The submitting agency and the agency in charge of the review will coordinate to explain and clarify a number of issues raised by National Assembly deputies.

On the same afternoon, the National Assembly listened to General Luong Tam Quang - Minister of Public Security, authorized by the Prime Minister, present the Report on the Data Law project. Chairman of the National Assembly's Defense and Security Committee Le Tan Toi presented the Report on the review of the Data Law project.

Next, after listening to the National Assembly Standing Committee member and Chairwoman of the National Assembly's Judicial Committee Le Thi Nga present the Report on explanation, acceptance and revision of the draft Law on Prevention and Combat of Human Trafficking (amended), the National Assembly will discuss in the hall a number of contents with different opinions of the draft Law.
