The National Assembly discussed the results of monitoring the implementation of fiscal and monetary policies to support socio-economic recovery and development.
(Baonghean.vn) - National Assembly deputies contributed solutions to remove difficulties and obstacles to speed up the implementation of important national projects and effectively implement the policies of Resolution 43 that have not yet been completed.
In the working program on the morning of May 25 and the first half of the afternoon of the same day, the National Assembly discussed in the hall the Report of the Supervisory Delegation and the draft Resolution of the National Assembly on the results of the thematic supervision of "the implementation of Resolution No. 43/2022/QH15 dated January 11, 2022 of the National Assembly on fiscal and monetary policies to support the Socio-economic Recovery and Development Program and the National Assembly's resolutions on a number of important national projects until the end of 2023".

Comrade Tran Thanh Man - Politburo member, Chairman of the National Assembly chaired the meeting. Comrade Nguyen Duc Hai - Member of the Party Central Committee, Vice Chairman of the National Assembly chaired the meeting.

After nearly 1 day of urgent and serious work, 29 delegates spoke and 1 delegate debated.
National Assembly deputies highly appreciated the monitoring results and efforts of the Monitoring Team, the in-depth and regular guidance of the National Assembly Standing Committee, the Government and the close coordination of relevant agencies for the Monitoring Team to complete its tasks. The monitoring results basically achieved the set goals.

National Assembly deputies agreed that Resolution 43 on fiscal and monetary policies to support the Socio-Economic Recovery and Development Program is a correct and timely decision, contributing significantly to the prevention and control of the Covid-19 pandemic and the recovery and development of the socio-economy.
Resolutions on important national projects have significantly improved transport infrastructure, opened up new development space, strengthened regional and intra-regional linkages, created momentum and spillover effects to serve socio-economic development for localities and regions across the country, and expanded investment and attracted domestic and international capital.

With their working experience in ministries, branches, localities and from practice, from listening to the opinions of voters and people, the delegates contributed many important ideas to the implementation of Resolution 43 and the National Assembly's resolutions on a number of important national projects.
The opinions focused on analyzing the results, shortcomings, limitations, causes and responsibilities in implementing the resolution; contributing many solutions to ensure more effective results when issuing policies in urgent, urgent situations or when there are unexpected socio-economic fluctuations due to objective factors.
