National Highway 7 through Cho slope, Con Cuong district continues to have landslides.
(Baonghean.vn) - Due to the impact of storm No. 8, in recent days, there has been heavy rain in Con Cuong district. The road section passing through Cho slope on National Highway 7, in Lang Khe commune, Con Cuong district, has continuously experienced landslides.
Mr. Vi Van Duan - Vice Chairman of Lang Khe Commune People's Committee (Con Cuong) said: From about 8:00 a.m. on October 16, at Km110+850 on National Highway 7 passing through Bong village, Lang Khe commune (Con Cuong), a traffic jam occurred.landslidelead totraffic jamon this route.

Immediately after the incident, the traffic management unit mobilized machinery and human resources to promptly clear the road.
Currently, it is continuing to rain in the area, so landslides are still occurring. As of 9am this morning, the road was basically open to traffic.

To ensure the safety of people and vehicles traveling through Cho slope, the traffic management unit, in addition to being ready to mobilize machinery and human resources to level the slope, also coordinates with local authorities to place warning signs and be on duty 24/7 to prevent vehicles from passing when there is a dangerous situation.
