Storm No. 3 and its aftermath caused severe damage to the transport infrastructure in Muong Tip commune, Nghe An province. Provincial Road 543D from Muong Xen commune to the old Muong Ai commune headquarters was eroded, and the negative slope along the Nam Mo river was severely eroded.
