Quy Chau launched a campaign to respond to the "Decade of Action for Road Traffic Safety" and promote the election of National Assembly deputies.
On the morning of April 24, 2011, the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union of Quy Chau district (Nghe An) coordinated with relevant departments and agencies to organize the launching ceremony in response to the "Decade for Traffic Safety" and a parade to promote the election of deputies to the 13th National Assembly and People's Councils at all levels for the 2011-2016 term.
(Baonghean) -On the morning of April 24, 2011, the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union of Quy Chau district (Nghe An) coordinated with relevant departments and agencies to organize the launching ceremony in response to the "Decade for Traffic Safety" and a parade to promote the election of deputies to the 13th National Assembly and People's Councils at all levels for the 2011-2016 term.
This is an activity to propagate and raise awareness for everyone, especially the young generation to have full and correct understanding, creating a strong change in behavior in implementing the Road Traffic Law and correct awareness of the day "Youth, students and traffic culture". Attending this activity were over 700 cadres and union members currently living and working at 33 grassroots youth union branches representing over 16,000 union members in the whole district.

After the opening ceremony, the launching ceremony was held and carried out in a jubilant atmosphere with exciting activities such as the march to promote the contents of the "Decade of Road Traffic Safety", and to promote the contents of the election of deputies to the 13th National Assembly and People's Councils at all levels for the 2011-2016 term.
In addition to the activities on the launching day, there are activities responding to the "Decade of Road Traffic Safety" such as the discussion "Youth with traffic culture", establishing volunteer youth teams to participate in actions for road traffic safety to guide people to raise awareness of ensuring road traffic safety and at the same time widely propagate to the youth union members of the whole district to actively implement the Law on Election and properly exercise the rights and obligations of citizens when participating in the upcoming election of National Assembly deputies and People's Councils at all levels.
