Regulations on rice prices for calculating agricultural land use tax in 2013

(Decision No. 19/2013/QD-UBND, dated March 29, 2013 of Nghe An Provincial People's Committee)

Article 1. The price of rice used to calculate agricultural land use tax in 2013 in Nghe An province is: VND 5,000/kg (Five thousand dong per kilogram).

Article 2. This Decision comes into force 10 days after the date of signing.

Article 3. Chief of Office of Provincial People's Committee, Director of Department of Finance, Director of Tax Department, Director of Provincial State Treasury; Heads of provincial departments and branches; Chairmen of People's Committees of districts, cities, towns and related organizations and individuals shall implement this decision.
