Pursuant to the Law on Organization of People's Councils and People's Committees dated November 6, 2003
Pursuant to the Law on Road Traffic dated November 13, 2008
Considering the proposal of Vinh City People's Committee in Submission No. 2946/TTr-UBND dated June 23, 2014, Department of Transport in Submission No. 1595/TTr-SGTVT dated June 24, 2014; appraisal report of Department of Justice No. 684/BCTĐ-STP dated May 13, 2014
Decision
Article 1: Issued together with this Decision are regulations on routes and restricted traffic times for vehicles participating in traffic in Vinh City, Nghe An Province.
Article 2: This Decision takes effect after 10 days from the date of signing, abolishing Decision No. 15/2010/QD-UBND dated February 1, 2010, Decision No. 33/2010/QD-UBND dated May 24, 2010, Decision 36/2013/QD-UBND dated July 13, 2013 of Nghe An Provincial People's Committee.
Article 3: Chief of Office of Provincial People's Committee, Director of Department of Transport, Director of Provincial Police; Directors of departments, heads of provincial-level departments and branches; Chairman of Vinh City People's Committee, relevant organizations and individuals are responsible for implementing this decision.
