Pursuant to the Law on Road Traffic dated November 13, 2008
Considering the proposal of Vinh City People's Committee in Report No. 2946/TTr-UBND dated June 23, 2014, Department of Transport in Report No. 1595/TTr-SGTVT dated June 24, 2014; appraisal report of Department of Justice No. 684/BCTĐ-STP dated May 13, 2014
Decision
Article 1: Promulgated together with this Decision are regulations on routes and restricted traffic time for vehicles participating in traffic in Vinh City, Nghe An Province.
Article 2: This Decision takes effect 10 days after the date of signing, abolishing Decision No. 15/2010/QD-UBND dated February 1, 2010, Decision No. 33/2010/QD-UBND dated May 24, 2010, Decision 36/2013/QD-UBND dated July 13, 2013 of Nghe An Provincial People's Committee.
Article 3: Chief of Office of Provincial People's Committee, Director of Department of Transport, Director of Provincial Police; Directors of departments, heads of provincial-level departments and branches; Chairman of Vinh City People's Committee, relevant organizations and individuals are responsible for implementing this decision.
