In the movement to build new rural areas in Nghia Xuan, many typical examples have appeared, creating a great influence in the community. In Khe Do hamlet, there are 5 families: Nguyen Ngoc Tam, Nguyen Van Bat, Vo Thi Huong, Nguyen Thi Hai and Nguyen Thi Thu, each household donated 200m2 of agricultural land to expand the inter-hamlet road. Ms. Vo Thi Huong (Khe Do hamlet) said: When the locality promoted the construction of new rural areas, I, like other families, realized that it was the right of each person, each family, so I was willing to donate land to open roads, contribute sand and gravel to pour concrete on the road surface.

To create jobs and increase income for people, over the past 3 years, Nghia Xuan commune has increased its mobilization and support for households to eliminate mixed gardens and plant fruit trees for commercial purposes with high economic value. Walking on straight, clean concrete roads, we came to Mr. Cao Dinh Son's family in Coc Chat hamlet. Mr. Son's Thai-roofed house is nestled in the green of a lush fruit garden. He boasted: "My garden has nearly 100 red-fleshed dragon fruit trees, last year we harvested nearly 1 ton of fruit. 40 apple trees, heavy with fruit, last year each tree yielded 500,000 VND. 800 orange and tangerine trees, although they have just produced fruit for the first time, were sold for tens of millions of VND during the last Tet holiday. For convenience in care, he invested in installing an electric irrigation system right in the garden. With investment in fertilizer and technical care, the garden grows well, bringing in an annual income of about 100 million VND".
Up to now, the whole district of Quy Hop has mobilized 1,139,765 million VND to build new rural areas. Of which, the state budget capital is combined with the implementation of project programs, Program 135, the national target program for sustainable poverty reduction, the national target program for building new rural areas, 984,310 million VND.
