According to the Directive, the Standing Committee of Quy Hop District Party Committee considers the effectiveness of resolving conflicts, disputes and complaints as an important criterion to evaluate the responsibility, capacity and effectiveness of the Party Committee, heads of departments, branches and organizations when assigned to advise and resolve cases.

Currently, Quy Hop has implemented the policy of dialogue between the members of the Standing Committee of the District Party Committee and the people twice a year, handling and fully explaining to the people issues within their authority.

One of the tasks set out in the Directive is to carry out well the work of reconciliation and dialogue with people right at the grassroots level, not to avoid or push responsibility to higher levels, to focus on resolving complicated cases in rural areas and potential cases that may give rise to disputes and complaints leading to mass lawsuits from the beginning.
