Quy Hop: Giving 40 gifts to poor students overcoming difficulties

(Baonghean.vn) - On the afternoon of May 8, at Quy Hop Town Secondary School, the Quy Hop District Fatherland Front Committee and the Quy Hop Department of Education and Training held a gift-giving ceremony for 40 poor students who overcame difficulties and excelled in their studies in the 2014-2015 school year from Chau Quang, Tho Hop, Nghia Xuan, Tam Hop, Minh Hop communes and Quy Hop Town.

Mr. Luong Hong Xuyen - Vice Chairman of the Fatherland Front Committee of Quy Hop district and Mr. Ho Binh Minh - Deputy Head of the Department of Education and Training of Quy Hop gave gifts to the children.

40 gifts, each worth 1 million VND, were given to 14 secondary school students and 26 primary school students. This amount was taken from the "Day for the Poor" fund of Quy Hop district.

The gift shows the concern and sharing of all levels, sectors and the whole society for students with difficult circumstances but have overcome difficulties to study well, become good children, good students, and good grandchildren of Uncle Ho.
