Quy Hop: Motorbike collides with truck, man in critical condition

(Baonghean.vn) – At around 1:00 p.m. on July 28, at km18 + 500, National Highway 48C, a collision occurred between a motorbike and a truck, leaving one person in critical condition.

At the above time, in Tieng village, Chau Thai commune, Quy Hop district (Nghe An), a man (identity unknown) driving a motorbike with license plate 37X1 - 0513 in the direction of Quy Hop - Con Cuong collided with a truck with license plate 37C - 159.60 driven by Mr. Le Duy Khiem, living in Vinh, in the opposite direction.

The accident left the motorcyclist seriously injured. At the scene, the front end and front wheel of the motorbike were deformed and lying on the side of the road about 10 meters from the truck. On Highway 48C, there was a brake mark about 15 meters long.

It is known that the seriously injured man lives in Bac Son commune, Quy Hop district. Immediately after the accident, the victim was taken to the emergency room by local people. Authorities were also present to promptly block off the scene to investigate the cause of the incident.
