On December 30, the Party Central Office issued Official Dispatch No. 9396-CV/VPTW on the announcement of the Secretariat's Notice on considering disciplinary action against Mr. Tran Van Truyen.

1. Disciplinary action in the form of warning against comrade Tran Van Truyen due to violations and shortcomings in implementing housing and land policies and regimes and in personnel work.
2. Request the Standing Committee of Ben Tre Provincial Party Committee and the Standing Committee of Ho Chi Minh City Party Committee to direct relevant organizations and individuals to learn from the shortcomings and mistakes in deciding and handling a number of cases of housing and land related to the violations of comrade Tran Van Truyen.
The Party Committee of the Government Inspectorate seriously draws profound lessons from the shortcomings related to the violations of comrade Tran Van Truyen in personnel work; continues to direct the thorough implementation of the remedial measures and the consideration of the responsibilities of relevant collectives and individuals in accordance with the direction of the Secretariat at the meeting on June 16, 2014.
3. The Government Party Committee shall review and direct competent agencies to review the use of public housing by leaders and managers, and resolutely and immediately revoke any cases of public housing used in violation of Party and State regulations.
