Quynh Luu: Handing over solidarity houses to poor households
(Baonghean.vn) - On the afternoon of August 29, the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee, the Association for the Protection of the Disabled and Orphans, the Red Cross, the Department of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs of Quynh Luu district, together with the local government of Quynh Long commune, organized the handover of a great solidarity house to the family of Mr. Tran Ke Hoach (born in 1952) in Thanh Cong village, Quynh Long commune.
Mr. Hoach's family is poor, Mr. Hoach himself has been disabled since childhood, all the work in the family depends on his wife, two years ago his wife also had a stroke, so the family's situation is even more difficult. Mr. Hoach's family has to live in a dilapidated, rickety house that was built before the 1990s.

From the funding source supported by the Vietnam Fatherland Front, the Red Cross, the Association for the Protection of the Disabled and Orphans of Quynh Luu district with 45 million VND, the People's Committee of Binh Son district, Quang Ngai province supported 15 million VND, along with the contributions, help, support in terms of working days and funding from the local government and relatives, his family was able to build a new level 4 house, two rooms with an area of 43m2.2worth more than 85 million dong.
On this occasion, the Party Committee, People's Council, People's Committee, and Fatherland Front Committee of Quynh Long commune presented 1 million VND. The People's Committee of Quynh Luu district, socio-political organizations of Quynh Long commune, and the Front Committee of Thanh Cong village also presented some essential items for daily life to the family./.
