Secretary of the Cau Giat Town Party Committee - Mr. Ho Sy Nguyet expressed his opinion: Currently, the management of land and resources is not good, and violations still occur. The situation of encroachment and improper use of land occurs in many places and has not been handled, raising concerns about the cause and responsibility of the industry.

Explaining this issue, Mr. Dau Duc Nam - Head of Natural Resources and Environment of Quynh Luu district admitted and said that the responsibility first belongs to the local Party Committee and government that has not really stepped in to handle it or has handled it but only in a formal manner. The responsibility of the industry is that it has not given strong direction and has not had effective measures to direct.

Regarding solutions in the coming time, Mr. Nam said that the industry will synthesize and classify violations for handling. For illegal constructions before April 1, 2014, the district will allow legalization of land use fees. For farms, if they are in accordance with land use planning and new rural construction planning, they will be allowed to exist to complete procedures, and in other cases, enforcement will be organized to restore the original status.
