Quynh Luu: Leading the province in publishing party newspapers

(Baonghean) - In the second quarter of 2012, the entire district of Quynh Luu ordered 854 issues of Nghe An newspaper (reaching a rate of 99.88% of party cells having newspapers). In the third quarter, the entire district ordered 973 issues of Nghe An newspaper/855 party cells having party newspapers according to Directive 11 of the Politburo and Directive 03 of the Provincial Party Standing Committee.

Thus, Quynh Luu has achieved a rate of 113% of party cells having party newspapers, leading the whole province in publishing work (of the above increase, 70 school party cells, 9 agency party cells, the remaining number increased in commune party committees).
