At the conference, the district leaders highly appreciated the working spirit and responsibility of the Party Committee and the government in the site clearance work. However, the compensation and site clearance work in some localities is facing difficulties, which has affected the progress of the project implementation. Currently, there are still 48 households in Quynh Van commune and 12 households in Quynh Hau commune who have not agreed to the compensation plan and have not signed the documents. Some other households in Quynh Giang, Quynh Hong, and Quynh Lam are filing complaints requesting compensation for land and construction within a radius of 13.5m...

In conclusion, the leaders of Quynh Luu district emphasized that the members of the Steering Committee and the members of the Compensation and Site Clearance Council need to grasp the adjustments in the implementation process to work with the localities to organize propaganda, mobilization, dialogue, and explain to the people clearly, openly, and transparently about the State's policies and guidelines on compensation for site clearance on National Highway 1A; assign the Party Committees and authorities of the communes where the project passes through to consider the task of site clearance as a central task, need to have high political determination, focus on regular and drastic leadership, mobilize people to hand over the site to the construction unit as soon as possible, strive to complete before March 30; In places where all steps have been fully implemented according to the process, but people still deliberately delay handing over, it is necessary to develop a plan to protect the construction as soon as possible.../.
