Quynh Luu: Meeting on State management of land

(Baonghean.vn) -On the morning of October 28, the People's Committee of Quynh Luu district held a conference to review the work of State management of land in the district.

In recent times, the People's Committee of Quynh Luu district has focused on directing communes and towns to develop land use planning and plans. Land allocation, land lease, land recovery, and land use purpose conversion have been carried out in accordance with the procedures and authority prescribed by law. Favorable conditions have been created for households, individuals, and investors to lease land and convert land use purposes to invest in production development, infrastructure construction, and welfare works; land auctions have been carried out in a fair, democratic, and public manner, with the people's support and in accordance with regulations; the process of granting land use right certificates is in accordance with the law; the work of receiving dossiers and returning results ensures the prescribed time.

The District People's Committee has established specialized inspection teams on land and has inspected 17 communes and towns. Since the beginning of the year, the District People's Committee has received 128 complaints and denunciations related to land. The District has resolved and responded to 123 complaints, 5 are in the process of being resolved; the construction of the 2015 land price framework in the district has been completed. Regarding environmental work, 20 communes and towns have collected waste to the district's centralized landfill. Up to now, the District People's Committee has issued an official dispatch to terminate mineral exploitation activities when the exploitation license expires for 4 companies located in the district.
