Quynh Luu: Competition for excellent teachers and team leaders

(Baonghean.vn) - On the morning of April 9, the Department of Education and Training coordinated with the District Youth Union to organize the opening ceremony of the contest for excellent teachers and team leaders for the 2014 - 2015 school year.

The contest took place from April 9 to 17, 2015. 21 teachers working in the Youth Union and youth movement at primary and secondary schools in the district participated in the contest. Contestants must be ranked good or higher and the school's union must have achieved the title of Strong Union at district level or higher for 2 consecutive years.

Candidates taking the exam

Candidates must go through 4 competitions: Experience and initiative; knowledge and skills of Team work; practice of Team work; talent competition. The competition aims to encourage, motivate, and create opportunities for teachers who are Team leaders to demonstrate their abilities, practice, self-study and creativity. At the same time, it is the basis for assessing the current status of the team in charge of Team work, thereby building a training and fostering plan to improve professional qualifications and skills, meeting the requirements of innovation in Team work and children's movements in the district in the coming time./.
