Quynh Luu: Examination and detection of tuberculosis in the community
(Baonghean.vn) - On the morning of November 27, Quynh Luu District Medical Center organized a proactive tuberculosis screening in the community in Quynh Long commune.
Here, the delegation organized consultations for people to carry out community monitoring, organized examinations, investigated and detected tuberculosis patients to bring them to treatment facilities according to the correct protocol, and provided free examinations for people with respiratory diseases. Currently, in Quynh Luu district, there are 263 tuberculosis patients, of which Quynh Long commune has 11 patients.

It is known that from November 27 to December 20, the district health center will organize free consultation and examination on tuberculosis and respiratory diseases in the communes of Quynh Luu district and Hoang Mai town. After screening in the communes, it is expected that on December 28, designated patients and suspected patients will directly come to the district health center to be tested, diagnosed and registered for free treatment.
