Quynh Luu: Inspecting 60 Internet service business locations
(Baonghean.vn) - Implementing Decree No. 72/2013/ND-CP dated July 15, 2013 of the Government on Management, provision and use of Internet services and Information on the network; Decision No. 44/2014/QD-UBND dated July 28, 2014 of the Provincial People's Committee on promulgating regulations on management of public Internet access points and public electronic game service points in Nghe An province, from December 30, 2014 to January 15, 2015, the People's Committee of Quynh Luu district established a team to inspect and review Internet service agents in the district.

The delegation will inspect 60 Internet service business locations in 33 communes and towns of the district. In addition, the inspection delegation will also disseminate, propagate and guide Internet service business agents on the regulations of Decree No. 72/2013/ND-CP such as having a Business Registration Certificate; signing an Internet agency contract with an Internet access service provider; the sign "Internet Agency" or "Public Internet Access Point" must have all necessary information such as the location name, address, contact phone number, business registration number...; publicly posting the regulations on using Internet services in a place that is easy for everyone to recognize, including prohibited acts according to the provisions of Decree No. 72/2013/ND-CP; posting prices, opening and closing hours; posting an updated list of approved G1 games; Public electronic game service locations must be at least 200 m from the gates of primary, middle and high schools; the total area of the computer rooms of the public electronic game service location...
According to the direction of the Provincial People's Committee, public electronic game providers must be granted a Certificate of eligibility to operate before February 10, 2015. After this time, locations that are not eligible and do not have a Certificate must stop operating.
