After completing the procedures and plans, more than 50 officers and soldiers were mobilized along with agencies such as the district's Health and Social Insurance to be present at the scene to conduct the bomb disposal. To search for and bring the bomb to the surface, the authorities mobilized 01 excavator to dig.

The rocket was brought ashore, measuring 60 cm long and 25 cm wide.

After 2 hours of searching, the authorities at the scene determined that this was not a bomb, but an unexploded missile left over from the war. The missile was 60 cm long, 25 cm wide, surrounded by propellers, and had a detonator at the bottom.
