Quynh Luu: Many sections of National Highway 48B have turned into… ponds.

(Baonghean.vn) - National Highway 48B, an important traffic artery connecting National Highway 1A with the western districts of Nghe An, with thousands of vehicles passing through every day, is seriously degraded.

Recently, the Nghe An Department of Transport has made minor repairs to the entire route from Lach Quen fishing port to Quynh Chau town. However, the section connecting Cau Giat town with Quynh My commune is currently in serious disrepair and has not been upgraded, making it difficult for vehicles to move, often causing traffic jams due to the wheels getting stuck in the mud. That was at km 12 +500. On the night of March 24, just a light rain turned this section of road into... a river.

I hope the authorities will take measures to repair this road to ensure safety and reduce the risk of accidents and traffic jams due to road deterioration.
