Quynh Luu: In the first quarter, the number of Nghe An newspaper publications increased by 180 copies/issue compared to the fourth quarter of 2011.

(Baonghean) - In recent times, the Propaganda Department of the Quynh Luu District Party Committee has regularly coordinated with the District Post Office and the District Department of Education and Training to inspect the subscription and use of party newspapers at the grassroots level. Therefore, the number of newspaper circulations at grassroots levels throughout the district has continuously increased. Quynh Luu has always been the leading district in the province in terms of subscriptions to Nhan Dan and Nghe An newspapers.

In the first quarter of 2012, the whole district had 600 issues of Nhan Dan newspaper and 1055 issues of Nghe An newspaper; compared to the fourth quarter of 2011, Nhan Dan newspaper increased by 83 issues and Nghe An newspaper increased by 180 issues. All commune and town party committees in the district have subscribed to Nhan Dan newspaper and Nghe An newspaper. However, there are still party committees in Quynh Van, Quynh Trang, Quynh Chau communes and some school party cells that have not fully subscribed to party newspapers. The District Party Committee's Propaganda Department is resolutely directing that 100% of rural and school party cells subscribe to party newspapers in 2012.
