Quynh Luu: Training on labor supply and demand investigation
(Baonghean.vn) -On the morning of May 10, the Department of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs of Quynh Luu district organized a training session on labor supply and demand survey in 2013 for officials who are chairmen, vice chairmen, policy officers and village heads in 43 communes and towns in the area.

The staff participating in the training were instructed on the professional investigation and recording of labor supply and demand forms by the leaders of the Department of Labor directly instructing and implementing them. Labor supply and demand investigation work is supplemented with annual training, however, there is still a lack of consistency in each locality in the way of recording forms, there is still information omission, misunderstanding of information leading to incorrect investigations. Therefore, the purpose of the training session is to learn from the unnecessary mistakes in recent years, create consistency in recording investigation forms, and improve the accuracy and completeness of the collected information forms.
Labor supply and demand investigation is a necessary activity, which helps state management agencies update information on fluctuations in labor supply and demand in communes, towns and the current needs of enterprises in the district. From there, build a labor market information database system as a basis for issuing policies on labor, employment, vocational training to supply human resources to serve the socio-economic development program, and new rural construction in the district.
The investigation will be conducted from May 20, 2013 and is expected to be completed before September 30, 2013./.
