However, dozens of people struggled with the woman (about 35 years old) for more than 20 minutes before the train could move.

At 4:20 this morning (November 6) at Cau Giat station, Quynh Luu district (Nghe An), a train incident occurred, causing the tourist train NA1 (Hanoi - Vinh) to be delayed by 20 minutes.

At that time, train NA1 was leaving Cau Giat station to go to Vinh, suddenly the train captain discovered a woman clinging to the roof of the car and moving up to the roof of the engine. The train captain immediately signaled to stop the train. When the train stopped, dozens of people including switchman Nguyen Van Han, barrierman Nguyen Thi Nhan, station train operator Nguyen Minh Hoang, along with deputy police chief of Cau Giat town Le Van Yen and many passersby forced the subject to leave the train so that the train could move. However, despite the obstruction of dozens of people, this woman still rushed in front of the train and prevented the train from running and used many uncultured words to insult the officers on duty. It was not until 5:00 a.m. that train NA1 was able to safely depart.

Immediately after being separated from the train, this woman continued walking along the train tracks and entered the Cau Giat station lobby to continue cursing. Currently, Cau Giat Station is coordinating with the town police to handle the actions of this "crazy" person. Article 12 of the Railway Law stipulates in Clause 6 the crime of obstructing normal train operation. It is requested that the competent authorities clarify this.
