Quynh Luu: Visiting and giving gifts to women in religious areas

(Baonghean.vn) - Towards the 84th anniversary of the founding of the Vietnam Women's Union (October 20, 1930 - October 20, 2014), on July 6, the Women's Union of Quynh Luu district coordinated with the district Fatherland Front Committee and the district Department of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs to visit and give gifts to women in especially difficult circumstances in Quynh Hung commune.

Quynh Luu District Women's Union gives gifts to women in difficult religious areas

The delegation visited and gave gifts to the families of parishioners including: Ms. Bui Thi Quyen, who suffers from a congenital neurological disease; Ms. Nguyen Thi Dong, who is currently raising a child alone, her husband is sick and ill; and Ms. Ho Thi Hien, a single woman, raising a child who is still in school.

These families are all poor households in hamlet 11, Thuan Giang parish, Quynh Hung commune. The delegation kindly visited, shared, and encouraged the families to try to overcome all difficulties and improve their lives.
