Overview of the Conference

Responding to the Traffic Safety Year 2012, the People's Committee of Quynh Luu district has developed a plan and implemented it effectively. Directed relevant units to implement the plan to ensure traffic order and safety during holidays and Tet. Focused on propaganda to raise awareness of traffic compliance, especially among union members, youth, and students through organizing the contest "Quynh Luu Youth with Traffic Safety" at the district level. Strengthened patrolling, controlling, and handling of violations of traffic order and safety, and paid due attention to the management of traffic order and safety on waterways and railways. The district has also focused on investment to build and improve traffic infrastructure to meet the needs of travel, transportation, and economic development of the people.

On this occasion, the People's Committee of Quynh Luu district awarded certificates of merit to 6 groups and 9 individuals with outstanding achievements in ensuring traffic order and safety in 2012./.
