Quynh Luu deploys to collect public opinions on the Draft Amendment to the 1992 Constitution
(Baonghean.vn) -On the morning of January 31, 2013, Quynh Luu district held a conference to deploy the plan to collect public opinions on the Draft Amendment to the 1992 Constitution for key cadres from the district to communes and towns.
Implementing Directive 22-CT/TW of the Politburo, Resolution 38/2013/QH13 of the National Assembly and instructions from superiors, Quynh Luu district has established a Steering Committee to develop a plan to collect public opinions on the Draft Amendment to the 1992 Constitution and assign specific tasks to each department, agency and unit. Accordingly, agencies and units, based on their functions, tasks and powers, organize to collect opinions on the entire Draft and focus on contributing in-depth opinions on contents directly related to the scope, management areas, activities and issues of concern to agencies and units.
The draft is consulted through the following forms: direct comments or written comments sent to relevant agencies and organizations; discussions at conferences, seminars, and forums; through electronic information pages, radio and television stations, and district newsletters, etc.
Time to collect opinions and send reports to the Provincial Steering Committee from February 1, 2013 to March 10, 2013.
