Quynh Luu deploys tasks for the 2012-2013 school year

(Baonghean.vn) -On August 23, the Department of Education and Training of Quynh Luu district held a summary of the 2011-2012 school year and deployed tasks for the 2012-2013 school year.

In the 2011-2012 school year, Quynh Luu district maintained 44 kindergartens, 52 primary schools, 38 secondary schools, 4 junior secondary schools, 9 high schools and 1 continuing education center; mobilizing 86,689 students at all levels. The quality of education has been increasingly improved, the teaching staff has been increasingly standardized (the rate of kindergarten, primary and secondary school teachers with qualifications above standard is 82.5%; the rate of management staff with qualifications above standard is 95%). School facilities and equipment have been invested in basically (in the year, 61 new classrooms were built, 5,800 desks and chairs were replaced...). The quality of education has continued to be improved, the number of excellent students, students graduating at all levels and passing university entrance exams is quite high.

Comrade Le Thanh Nhan - Deputy Secretary of the District Party Committee awarded Certificates of Merit from the Prime Minister to teachers with achievements in the past school year.

In the 2012-2013 school year, Quynh Luu identified the following tasks: Continue to promote the implementation of Directive 03 of the Politburo on promoting the study and following of Ho Chi Minh's moral example; improve the quality of dissemination and education of law for cadres, civil servants and students; focus on building high-quality key schools and school clusters, new school models; strengthen solutions to overcome the phenomenon of students not meeting the standards to move up to the next grade, continue to improve the quality of education...

At the conference, on behalf of the district leaders, they also awarded certificates of merit from the Prime Minister, the Ministry of Education and Training, the Provincial People's Committee, and the District People's Committee to teachers and students with outstanding achievements in the 2011-2012 school year.
