The above collision happened at 10:15 this morning (December 22) at the intersection of National Highway 1A and National Highway 48B, passing through Cau Giat town intersection, Quynh Luu district.

According to witnesses at the scene, at the time, Ms. Nguyen Thi Thanh, 50 years old (residing in Hamlet 8 Cau Giat) was riding a bicycle from National Highway 1A to National Highway 48B when suddenly from behind, a truck with license plate 37C 07209 (driver's identity unknown) turned in the same direction and suddenly turned sharply, pulling her bicycle under, causing Ms. Thanh to fall onto the road and suffer serious injuries. Immediately after the accident, Ms. Thanh was promptly taken to the hospital by local people.
