Quynh Luu: Quynh Loc Commune implements smoking ban in workplaces
Recognizing the harmful effects of tobacco on health and the economy, the Party Committee and People's Committee of Quynh Loc Commune (Quynh Luu) have mobilized commune and hamlet officials to commit not to smoke during working hours at the commune headquarters, and at the same time set a rule: Any official who violates will be fined 100,000 VND. Anyone who discovers a colleague smoking will be rewarded.

Up to now, 100% of commune officials who used to smoke have completely given up the habit of smoking, some village officials have limited their smoking and are gradually giving up completely. Notably, there are no smokers at the Commune People's Committee Headquarters.
